1. If you are facing issues such as PcVue freezing or crashing, please zip and upload log files sub directory (located in Root\BIN installation directory)
2. You can also zip and upload your project or send us an upload link by following this procedure. If you are using central project management, please upload last version of your PcVue project
3. You can also provide us an architecture scheme of your application
